All orders are collected within a week for each batch
All information such as order details, updates, tracking numbers will be sent through your email
After preorder date ended, orders will be checked and finalized to be sent to manufacturers.
Situation example: Preorder date starts 1st July – 7th July. You ordered on the first day. It will still be counted as a batch order. We’ll start the production on the 8th July and the details followed below.
Note that, no cancellations after any order has been made
It will be sent to manufacturers to be printed and sewn
This process may take up to 3-4 weeks
Do expect delays due to COVID-19 SOP restricted to only 60% workers
If it pass the quality bar/checking, we’ll pack your orders and wait for our courier partners to pickup and deliver your orders.
